Méan Motor Engineering SA was founded by Jacques D’Heur at Liége, Belgium, in 1964. The company’s object was the manufacture of “do-it-yourself” car kits and in 1966 Méan presented two models at the Salon de Bruxelles. The kits could be customized according to the clients’ requirements. The project did not survive its founder’s death in 1991.
