The 2008 was revealed at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. It is a compact crossover based on the 208 and is 4.16m long and 1.74m wide and does not bare many similarities to the 208 that it is based on. The two cars have similar grills and taillights, but the rest of the 2008 is unique. It has a higher stance than the 208 with large amount of glass area and aluminum roof rails. The body gets extra protection from larger, black bumpers and side trim. It rides on 17in wheels.
Inside, drivers get Peugeot’s new Grip Control traction control dial that lets them tune the system to the conditions. Higher-level trims will get chrome accents and a more high-end look for the dashboard.
