Porsche 911 (Germany, 1989-1993)

The Porsche 911 generation that was produced from 1989 to 1993 is the 964 series, which lets one know that some major developments were made, whether mechanically or in its body design. The first variant from this series was a 4-wheel drive model, the Carrera 4. But just a year went on and the Carrera 2, i.e. the rear-wheel drive version, was launched too.   In addition, some Turbo variants were also added to the lineup. The 964 series were the first 911 cars that could be chosen in all-wheel drive and Tiptronic automatic transmission options. When production of the 964 series Porsche ended, over 62.000 had been manufactured.
