"Forgotten Greats #12.."
Slideshow
Lancia. The cars that were once famous for winnig rally races, now famous for falling apart. Back in the good old days, Lancia made the Stratos, Delta Intergrale, and other great rally cars. But the ugliest, and the most forgotten, was even better than the legendary Stratos. The 037 had the midsection of the MonteCarlo. It was rearwheel drive. Small. Ugly. And fast. So fast, that it was the last 2 wheel drive car to beat the Audi Quattro. And that's all I really know. The only reason for that is because the car entered racing right before that group was banned from rallying. Let us shine a very small light on a very small car!
