Chrysler has a new flagship sedan in its lineup. The 300 Luxury Series sedan has high quality leather, an eight-speed transmission and either Chrysler's 3.6 liter Pentastar V6 or 5.7 liter Hemi V8. Chrysler claims that the 300 Luxury Series gets 31 miles per gallon on the highway with the Pentastar engine.
The 300 Luxury Series is meant to swaddle its driver in high luxury. The steering wheel, instrument panel, cluster brow, center console sides, door panels and seats are all clad in leather. The front seats are 12-way power adjustable, and both front and rear seats are heated and cooled. The interior also has real wood trim. The interior also has an 8.4in touch screen with Garmin navigation and SiriusXM Travel.
The new version of the 300 comes with either the 292hp, 3.7l Pentastar V6 or 363hp, 5.7l Hemi V8. The V6 comes with an eight-speed automatic transmission and gets 19mpg in the city and 31mpg highway. The Hemi has a five-speed automatic transmission and get 16mpg city and 25mpg on the highway.
The 300 Luxury Series is available with either rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. Rear-wheel drive cars come standard with 20in wheels, and all-wheel drive cars get 19in wheels. The exterior of the car on the grill, mirrors and other fascia is trimmed in chrome.

Prices for the 300 Luxury Series start at $40,125 for rear-wheel drive Pentastar-powered cars. An all-wheel drive Pentastar car costs $42,495. The Hemi V8 rear-wheel drive 300 Luxury Series costs $42,895, and a Hemi all-wheel drive car costs $45,245. It will be available in the first half of 2012 in the US.
