Ferrari 458 Italia receives international awards

The Ferrari 458 Italia has received several international awards over the last few days. They include the nomination by some of the most respected automotive mazines in the world.

Described as "one of the fastest, most thrilling and comunicative supercars of all time, as well as one of the easiest to drive day in, day out," the 458 Italia was elected by CAR magazine, in the UK, as “Performance Car of the Year 2010”.

The Ferrari sports car received two other awards from the Midle East. One of the leading magazines in the region, Car Middle East, handed the overall “Car of the Year 2010” and “Supercar of the Year 2010” awards to the 458 Italia. The magazine described the supercar as instantly desirable and the ultimate superhero car.

Finally, two other awards came from China. At the Guangzhou Auto Show received the “2010 Super Sports Car of The Year” from Top Gear (China Edition), and “The Most Admired Sports Car 2010” by Xcar, the popular Chinese automotive internet Web site.

Since its debut at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show, the 458 Italia has already received several international awards, confirming its worldwide acclaim.
