later in the year as well.

Porsche has not done a very good job keeping the Macan under wraps, and we have written about it testing in Europe twice. Now, it seems that the production version of the truck will launch in the third quarter of the year, likely around October.

and will share a platform with the Audi Q5. If the test cars are any indication, the styling is based squarely on the Cayenne.

Powerplants for the Macan have still not been publically confirmed. It seems likely that Porsche will borrow some engines from its new parent VW. The base engine will probably be a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine with V6s in higher end models. There will also be diesel models that will also come from Volkswagen Group.

The Panamera will also get a facelift later this year, likely at the Shanghai Motor Show in April. The new look revises the headlight design and front bumper, and the rear end will get new lights and the rear bumper will be slightly flatter to give the car a more cut off look.
