Renault has announced it will launch three new editions of the Mégane at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show.
The Mégane Coupé and Mégane R.S.are set to become available in the “Monaco GP” edition first featured on the 2010 Laguna Coupé. Unique features of this edition will be pearlescent white paintwork, Etoilé black body components, black headlight masks and “Monaco GP” badge work throughout the interior and exterior. Trim level is based on the Dynamique Mégane with some extra additions including 17-inch Celsium gloss black rims, rear parking assist and power-folding side mirrors.
Five engine options will be available for the standard Monaco GP editions. The limited edition “Sport Monaco GP” will only be available with a 250hp turbocharged 2.0 litre engine.
The Monaco GP editions will be on display for the public at the Geneva Motor Show beginning March 3. Although Renault has revealed the vehicles will be sold in 14 countries, pricing and sale dates have not yet been confirmed.
