Renaultsport Clio 200 Raider Brings Formula 1 Trim to 50 Limited Cars

The Renaultsport Clio is a fantastic little hot hatch with a 200hp, 2.0 liter engine and a great chassis. Renault UK is doing even more to heat up the Renaultsport Clio with the Raider. 

Limited to just 50 examples, the Raider gets Formula 1-esque blade front splitter, rear diffuser, aerodynamic mirrors, 18in matte black wheels fitted with Bridgestone RE050A tires. These are the same tires found on the Megane Renaultsport 265 Trophy that just set the Nurburgring record for a front-wheel drive car. It comes in either Stealth Grey or Diavolo Red. The Raider uses the Clio Cup chassis that lowers the ride height, improved suspension, quicker steering and Brembo brakes. 

On the interior the car gets leather Recaro seats and zinc grey interior trim. There is also a host of other tech inside including: Bluetooth, USB connectivity, automatic climate control and a choice of either the Renaultsport Monitor that displays the car's telemetry data or TomTom satellite navigation. 

The Raider will be available for order at the end of October and prices will be announced then.
