Spyker made its comeback at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show and unveiled the B6 Venator. The new car is a carbon fiber-bodied, two-door luxury sports coupe with a mid-mounted V6 engine producing in excess of 375hp. Spyker wants the car the car to live up to the brand’s motto, “For the tenacious no road is impassable.”
The name Venator means hunter in Latin and references the Spyker Hunter fighter plane from the turn of the 20th century. The Venator keeps the oval mesh grill from previous Spyker cars to have a familiar look as the rest of the brand’s cars. It gets modern upgrades like LED front running lights and 3d LED taillights. It has a glass roof that flows to the rear glass with an internal roll bar for stabilization. It looks much like an aircraft canopy.
