Introduced in the market in 2006, the Daihatsu Copen Exclusive is the 1st generation of the subcompact model. Powered by a straight 4 1298cc engine this version achieves up to 87 hp and a maximum torque of 120 nm. In terms of performance no other car of this series does it as well as this one. It has the most powerful engine of all variants. This convertible (cabrio) has a top speed of 180 km/h. It goes from 0 to 100km/h in 9.5 seconds. This vehicle holds the record for top speed in this series. It is the fastest version in the line-up. The engine is mated with a 5-speed manual transmission. In terms of efficiency, this subcompact variant's combined fuel consumption is fixed at 6 l/100km. It is a convertible (cabrio) and has 2 doors and 2 seats. The Daihatsu Copen Exclusive features rack & pinion steering, at the front it wears disc brakes and at the rear drum brakes.
