Ford Mondeo is a large multi-purpose vehicle that has been around since 1993. The word “Mondeo” comes from the latin word “mundus”, which means World. In North America, Ford Mondeo is known as Ford Countour and the same model was rebadge by Mercury as Mystique. Since 1993, 4 generations have been release. The fourth debuted in 2007.

The Mondeo is currently available has a 4-door sedan, a 5-door hatchback and station wagon/estate.

Ford Mondeo had a successful carrer in the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC).
