Holden Special Vehicles (HSV) was founded in 1987 as a result of a joint venture between the Australian car maker Holden and TWR, the latter owned by the Scottish racing car driver Tom Walkinshaw. Headquartered in Clayton, Victoria, Australia, the company produces luxury, high performance modified versions of Holden vehicles.
