Hyundai unveiled the HND-9 concept at the 2013 Seoul Motor Show.

The HND-9 is a luxury sports coupe concept powered by a 3.3-liter turbocharged engine with 365hp with an eight-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive.  It borrows slightly from a few other cars in its design. The front blends elements from the Lexus LFA with a vaguely Aston Martin grill. After rising enough to clear the wheel wells, the fenders are nearly horizontal. The doors are top hinged to allow the front and rear passengers into the car. The rear is a more aggressive take on the rear of the Veloster.

The HND-9 gets its name from being the ninth concept created by Hyundai’s R&D Center in Namyang, Korea. The brand created the car to be a modern interpretation of a sports GT car.
