The Jiotto Design Inc. was founded by Minoru Hayashi (also founder of Dome, race car manufacturer) in Kyoto, Japan, in 1988. The company's object was the automotive design. Due to financial problems the company did not succeed in putting into production its first prototype, the Jiotto Caspita and the project was dropped in 1993. The prototype was built by Dome.
