Launched in 1999, the Kia Carens is a mid-size compact MPV manufactured by Korean automaker Kia and marketed worldwide under various nameplates.
The launched of the Carens followed the introduction of Kia's Multi-S concept at the 2005 Frankfurt Motor Show. The S standed for Sporty, Spacious and Smart.
The Carens is since 2006 in its second generation.
