After the initial model, Lamborghini introduced this new version with very large Pirelli tyres, and a few aerodynamic improvements. Although only these two modifications were visible on the outside, the car also featured an improved suspension, redesigned by Dallara to fit these larger tyres and keep them as much horizontally as possible for a grip on the entire size of the tyres. The rear fender was later included as an option since most of the customers added this type of wing after they purchased the car.
