The GranCabrio MC is 48mm longer than the standard versions of the GranCabrio due to a larger front and rear bumper. The setup is inspired by the GranTurismo MC. The rear of the car gets a larger spoiler that will be available in either body color or carbon.
The GranCabrio MC gets the more powerful V8 from the GranTurismo MC with 460hp and 510Nm of torque and a six-speed automatic transmission from ZF. It also has an updated suspension. The GranCabrio seats four, compared to two in the GranTurismo.
Maserati says that the GranCabrio MC will go on sale in early 2013. It has not announced a price but says it will be slightly more than the GranCabrio Sport.
