The Maserati GranTurismo is a two-door 2+2 coupé produced since 2007 and build on the same platform as the Maserati Quattroporte V. The GranTurismo standard version comes with a 4.2 litre V8 engine producing 405 PS (298 kW; 399 hp) and automatic ZF gearbox 6 speed.

The model is availale in a variety of versions. In 2008 the GranTurismo S version was launched. The vehicle features a V8 engine with 440 PS, a robotic 6-speed sequential transmission with Transaxle layout. An automatic version of the GranTurismo S was added in 2009. The GranTurismo MC, introduced in 2009, is a limited production car inspired by the GranTurismo MC Concept. In 2010 the GranCabrio joined the line-up. It is a convertible version of the GranTurismo S automatic.
