Metalmeccanica Italiana Valtrompio s.p.a., of Brescia, Italy, was a manufacturer motorcycles under the name Mi-Val. In november 1953, they took a license to produce the popular micro car Messerschmitt KR 175. Production, however, was fairly short-lived, ending in 1955 or 1956. No more than 100 were built.
