The DB9 GT is equipped with a 6.0 liters V12 engine with an output of 547hp, 30hp more than the standard version of the model. With the power directed to the rear wheels through a six-speed automatic transmission, the DB9 GT can reach 100km/h in 4.5 seconds and a top speed of 295km/h.
The main difference of the DB9 GT to the rest of the range may be found in the black front splitter and rear diffuser. Furthermore, the vehicle also receives external GT badges, carbonfiber detailing on the rear wing and new 20 inches wheels.
Inside Aston Martin introduced the latest update to its infotainment system. The Ami II includes redesigned menus and more customization options. The leather seats include the GT badge and the steering wheel was coated in Alcantara.
With 1785kg, the new DB9 GT weighs the same as the DB9 coupé. The GT version will also be available in VolanteAston Martin DB9 GTUnited Kingdom, 2015 > present variant weighing 1890kg.
