minivan by giving away 30,000 cans of food to the Daily Bread Food Bank in Toronto, Canada. It arranged the 30,000 cans in the shape of a Grand Caravan and displayed it in Yonge-Dundas Square in Toronto, which is calls the Dodge Can’avan. The Grand Caravan is built in nearby Windsor, Ontario, Canada.

Thirty volunteers took 10 hours to make the sculpture, and there will be a new Grand Caravan next to it to accept further food donations.

“We created the minivan segment 30 years ago, and since then more than 13 million customers around the world have entrusted Dodge and Chrysler minivans with their family transportation needs,” said Reid Bigland, President and CEO of Chrysler Canada

The Caravan went into production on November 3, 1983, and since then, Chrysler has built over 13 million of them.
