GTOs. The car was first presented last December as a proof on concept and to garner orders. Since then, Donkervoort has been testing the car at Quattro Gmbh who supplies the engine and Bosch GmbH.

with 340hp and 450Nm of torque. The top speed is 255km/h, and 0-100km/h comes up in 3 seconds. It is rear-wheel drive with a five-speed manual transmission. The performance tests indicate that the GTO can accelerate from 100km/h to 200km/h in 6.1 seconds.

The GTO's body is made from a mix of fiber glass and carbon fiber, and the chassis is made from aluminum, carbon fiber and steel. It has double wishbone suspensions for the front and rear with adjustable dampers for compression, rebound, ride height and high/low speed frequencies. It has no power steering. Depending on options, the GTO weighs between 695kg and 750kg. 

The GTO is now going through European type approval. Final tests will be completed at the Nardo Ring in September. Donkervoort is on track for deliveries to begin this fall as planned.
