that it restored for the first time at the Villa d’Este Concorso d’Eleganza on May 26. The car is owned by American Ferrari collector Kenneth B. Roach.

The 212 Inter Cabriolet was the second car designed by Pininfarina for Ferrari. It was introduced in 1952, and this particular car was sold by Chinetti Motors, the US Ferrari importer at the time. The restoration of this car began in 2010, and this was its debut. 

The 212 Inter was the replacement for the 166166 InterFerrari 166 InterItaly, 1948 > 19516 versions

. Several coachbuilders offered bodies for the car including Pininfarina, Touring, Ghia and Vignale. It used a 2.6l version of the Colombo V12 with 150hp or 165hp depending on year

The car was restored by Ferrari Classiche that was set up in 2006 to maintain, restore and repair classic Ferraris. It also provides authenticity certification of restored classic Ferraris to ensure that they have been restored accurately. It has restored 55 cars since opening and has received 3,300 authentication requests.
