in Europe, the US and Africa due to a fire risk.

It is possible for rain water to seep into the driver's door panel and cause the power window switch to overheat and possibly catch fire.  The recall affects 220,000 CR-Vs in Europe, 268,000 in the US and about 100 in Africa. 

Worldwide, the switches have caused 5 fires, but there have been no reported injuries. 

Honda is currently in the progress of getting in touch with owners to schedule a repair.
