. It selected three final designs and allowed fans to vote on them, and a winner has been chosen. The votes have finally been tallied, and the Mustang concept called 'High Gear' designed by Jennifer Seeley who is a designer at Ford won the competition.

Seeley has worked at Ford for about a year and a half. Her design attempted to fuse luxury and the power of the Mustang. She looked at high end cars and other luxury goods for the interior that includes suede, quilted leather and rose gold chrome accents. The rose gold chrome was brought to the headlights and grill. The wheels are satin-finished chrome.

The process moves on now to actually build the car. It will be displayed at the SEMA Show at the end of October and auctioned for charity.

Seely had two cars selected as finalists. The other car was called Chromatic and had a very Tron vibe. High Gear is definitely the better looking car.
