fan's complaints about the latest generation, specifically its lack of manual transmission. He says that the company is continuing to develop the car and will react if it believes demand is high enough.

“There were some people who criticized the car early on and then when they drove it they changed their minds completely. That didn't apply to everyone; some people still think it is perhaps a bit too easy to drive, not rough enough," said Klein.

He says that the latest version of the Renault Sport Clio with its six-speed dual clutch transmission and 1.6-liter turbocharged engine was meant to appeal to a wider audience but still appeal to the car's fans.

“Ultimately we will listen to the customers. We can revise and change things as time goes on. We will redo the car through time, of course, and perhaps there will be some specific versions that will happen," he said.
