way back in the spring at the Leipzig Auto Show and has just gone on sale. The car takes the standard Scirocco and adds a double racing stripe and some other upgrades in and out but leaves the mechanicals alone. 

Other than the hard to miss stripe, the GTS comes with a panoramic sunroof, sportier front and rear bumper, side skirts and 18in wheels. The top 210hp 2.0 TSI model also gets red brake calipers. 

Inside, buyers get gloss black trim, "GTS" embroidered on the front leather headrests, golf ball-shaped gear shift knob, multifunction steering wheel covered in leather, contrasting red stitching on the seats and dashboard and an upgraded radio.

It is available in Candy White, Salsa Red, Deep Black pearl effect and Indium Gray metallic. The mirror caps come in either Candy White or Salsa Red. 

The package is available on the Scirocco with any engine and transmission combination. Prices start at €28,100 for a 1.4 TSI with 160hp and a six-speed manual transmission and plateau at €33,525 for the 2.0 TDI with 160hp and a six-speed DSG. All prices include 19% German VAT.
