The cars have a 135mph top speed and accelerate to 100km/h in less than eight seconds. The engine produces 134g/km of CO2 and gets 55.4mpg imp. 

The turbo system on this engine is sequential with the smaller turbo working at low speeds, both turbos working at medium speed and just the large turbo working at high speed. It makes 320Nm of torque from just 1,250rpm. 

The biturbo diesel cars get 18in wheels, twin rear exhaust, exterior styling trim pack and aluminum pedals. All of the cars have the revised Astra style with a revised front grill, new front turn signals, new headlights, new fog lights and slightly changed rear. 

Both the hatchback and Sports Tourer versions are built in Britain at the Ellesmere Port plant in Cheshire. Prices start at £24,095 for the Hatch and from £25,110 for the Sports Tourer. They come with a warrantee that lasts for an unlimited time until the car has reached 100,000kms.
