The Nissan Cube 1.8 Krom was unveiled in 2009. It belongs to Cube's 3rd generation, with the code name III. Powered by a 1798cc engine, the version has a power output of 122 hp. This Cube 1.8 Krom has an exceptional performance compared to the other versions and it is in fact the most powerful version in the series line-up. This front wheel drive version features a continuously variable transmission gearbox. The vehicle measures 1651 mm in height, 1694 mm in width and 4001 mm in length. Its wheelbase is 2530 mm long and the track at the front is 1476 mm and at the back 1481 mm. This mini MPV has rack & pinion steering. At the front it uses disc brakes and at the rear drum brakes.
The front suspension is independent while at the rear torsion-beam axle is employed.
