The Opel Insignia Sports Tourer 2.0 Turbo Innovation was launched in 2009. It is the 1st generation of the executive model. Powered by a 1998cc engine, this version has a power output of 220 hp. The engine is mated with a 6-speed manual transmission. The car reaches the 100km/h mark in 7.9 seconds at a top speed of 236 km/h. In terms of efficiency, the executive-version's combined fuel consumption is fixed at 8.4 l/100km. It has a boot volume of 540 l. Although it can be extended by lowering the back seats.
