By 1909, sales of Orleans cars were dwindling, as the days of greater success were when the company was building belt-driven Belgian Vivinus voiterettes under license. The larger models built in the later years of the company's existence were much bigger, and lacked the individuality of the eralier cars, resulting in closure in 1910.
