Review

The 2010 World Champion team Red Bull Racing presented the RB7 as car to defend their title in 2011. Just as its predecessor RB6, the RB7 was designed by Adrian Newey and is powered again by a Renault engine.

The most visible differences between the RB6 and RB7 are the higher nose and engine cover and the changed rear wing design. With the ban of F-Duct, Red Bull RB7 designer Adrian Newey and his team of engineers came up with a movable rear wing. This, and other new FIA regulations such as re-introduction of the KERS system, mean the RB7 differs significantly from the RB6.
