The Renault Laguna Monaco GP Limited edition hit the French market in May 2010 after its official presentation at the Geneva Motor Show. The special edition also featured at the Coupé-Cabriolet & SUV Motor Show in Paris. The limited edition version celebrates the long-standing partnership between Renault and the Automobile Club de Monaco.
The fluid lines of the Laguna Coupé have been enhanced by the sporty styling of the Monaco GP edition with the black roof, black exterior mirror housings and 'black shadow' wheels, contrasting with the pearlescent white finish.
The performance of the Renault Laguna Coupé Monaco is based on the 4Control chassis with four-wheel steering which is standard equipment, as well as its range of engines. The Limited Monaco GP Edition is available with three diesel engines and one petrol engine, fitted with a six-speed manual gearbox or with an automatic transmission.
The 240-horsepower (175kW) 3.5 V6 petrol engine produces a maximum torque of 330 Nm at 4.400 rpm. Thanks to the six-speed automatic transmission it can travel 1000 metres from a standing still position in 27.6 seconds. In terms of efficiency it consumes 9.9 litres/100km (230g of CO2/km).
