Founded in 1990 by Bob Riley and Mark Scott, Riley & Scott Cars Inc. was an american racing constructor and racing team that started to provide chassis for various forms of motorsport, but worked primarily in sports car racing.

In 1999 the company was acquired by Reynard Motorsport, as part of Reynard's expansion, but it didn't work as the company would go on bankrupcy in 2001, not being able to survive the expansion.
