Seat will debut the fourth generation of the Toledo in November 2012 in Portugal and Spain. The new Toledo may look like a sedan, but the rear hatch is actually a notchback to appeal to both buyers. It will be available with an array of Volkswagen Group TSI and TDI engines.

The car has a slender trapezoidal front grill with a trapezoidal lower air intake below it. Seat says that it tried to give the new Toledo a more coupe-like roofline.

The new Toledo is 4.48m long, 4cm longer than the previous Toledo, and the wheelbase is 80mm longer than the previous Toledo.

When it is introduced, the Toledo will have three engine options. It will have the 1.2 TSI and 1.4 TSI petrol engines with 75hp and 122hp, respectively, and a 1.6l TDI with 105hp. The engines will have Ecomotive options as well that make the best emissions for the 1.2 TSI 166g/km of CO2 and the diesel will improve to 104g/km of CO2. Later, the Toledo will get a 90hp TDI variant as well.
