F.B. Stearns Company was founded by Frank Ballou Stearns in Cleveland, Ohio, USA, building its first car in 1898. Stearns-Knights were luxury cars. When the founder retired in 1925 the company was sold to the WillysOverland Company of Toledo, Ohio. The Company kept on business until 1929, when production ceased.
