Singer Motor Company Inc. was founded by Charles A. Singer (descendant of the sewing machine family) in Mount Vernon, New York, USA. The company moved to New York City in 1918. Singers were large touring luxury cars built from 1914 to 1920. This company has no relation with the British Singer Motors Ltd.
