The Plane That Thinks It's a Car
People have been thinking up ways to create flying cars for decade, and there has never really been a good solution. There are too many comprises needed to make a car fly. But what about the other way?

The 24 Hours of LeMons is a racing series in the US that puts its emphasis on low cost and fun racing. Cars can cost as much as a driver wants, but the stewards get to decide on the car's cost. For every $10 over $500, the organizers think the entrant spent, the car has to do an extra lap. It tends to bring some very, very weird cars to the track.

Case in point, a recent entrant took a Cessna 310 plane and turned it into a racecar by using the chassis of a Toyota Van.
