in China. Citroën says that China has become its number one priority.  

The DS World store is meant to sell the DS sub-brand as a French luxury brand. It includes displays of the Numero 9 concept, DS23 PallasCitroën DS 23France, 1973 > 19752 photos

and the entire modern DS range. There is also an upholstery workshop and store for DS merchandise.

“China is our priority market. In a few months’ time, DS5 production will begin locally at the Shenzhen plant, which will also produce the upcoming DS models. Today, we are opening the first DS World in Shanghai, ahead of the DS World in Paris. This stands as proof of our commitment to this country, where we have now been present for over 20 years,” said Citroën CEO Frédéric Banzet.

Citroën has opened 26 DS Stores around China in the last nine months, and it plans to have 70 open in 55 cities by the end of the year.
