The film "Vacation" as become an American, comedy classic since its release in 1983. It tells the story of a family making the harrowing journey from Chicago to the fictional Walley World in California in the Wagon Queen Family Truckster. Chevy Chase stars as Clark Griswold, the family's patriarch and the leader of the adventure. So what do you do when you have the real last name of Griswold? Why, recreate the car and head to Disney World, of course.

The original Family Truckster was based on a modified Ford LTD Country SquireFord LTD Squire Station W...United States of America, 1979 > present station wagon that was created by George Barris who also made the original Batmobile.

After years of enduring jokes about his name, Steve Grisworld bought a Country Squire and decided to build his own Family Truckster. An auto tuner in Georgia added the wood paneling, gas cap in front, double-length luggage rack and functional eight front headlights. It is painted in authentic "Metallic Pea" green paint. In recognition of modern comfort, it also has a DVD player and Bluetooth.
