The Performance Plus Package adds upgraded dampers, suspension bushings, stabilizer bars and Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 tires. The rear tires are 20mm wider than the standard version, and it gets lighter 21in wheels in either gray or silver.

Tesla says that the lighter wheels improve the range of the Model S by 6 to 12 miles (9.656km to 19.31km).

It adds $6,500 or €6,600 to the cost of the Model S and is available on all trim levels.
