This Toyota Aygo 1.0 Red Edition was launched in 2011. It is the 1st generation of the subcompact model. Powered by a straight 3 998cc engine the version achieves up to 68 hp and a maximum torque of 93 nm. The Aygo 1.0 Red Edition stands out from the rest of the model variants, since it is the most powerful in the series line-up. The hatchback reaches the 100km/h mark in 14.2 seconds at a top speed of 157 km/h. This front wheel drive version features a manual gearbox. In terms of efficiency, it has a combined fuel consumption of 4.6 l/100km and produces 109 g/km of CO2. This version of the Aygo is the most fuel-efficient out of the series range. It is in fact the one with lowest fuel consumption. It has a boot volume of 139 l. Although it can be extended by lowering the back seats.
