EV P002TMG EV P002Toyota TMG EV P002Japan, 2013 > 2013 was designed for the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb on June 30, 2013. The car is based on the EV P002 that holds the electric car record around the Nürburgring Nordschleife but has been modified with more downforce and more power for Pikes Peak.

The Pikes Peak tune of the P002 has 536hp and 885lb-ft of torque. The added front wing and changes to the rear wing increase downforce by three times over the previous version, but the overall weight has also been reduced. The car hits a top speed of 230km/h.

The P002 gets is power from an electric motor directly powering each rear wheel. It uses a highly modified RadicalRadicalRadicalUnited Kingdom, 1997 > present7 models
