Celebrating and proving its 10 years of expertise in electric propulsion, Venturi is presented at the 2010 Paris Motor Show its new Fétish model, the result of the developments undertaken for Venturi’s World Records program in Bonneville, USA (2009-2012), with the Venturi "Jamais Contente", the fastest electric vehicle in the world.
Recalling the Venturi "Jamais Contente”, the Fétish receives the rear spoiler, the black headlight trims, the “Bonneville” coulours and finishes. However, according to Venturi the Fétish is more than a cosmetic retouching as it also receives a new motor, powerful new electronics, a new under-carriage, new batterie system, new design for the exterior, a new interior.
The Fétish with a total power output of 300 hp, has a total weight of 1,225 kilos and reaches a top speed of 200 km/h. From a standing point, the Fétish can acceerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4 seconds.
The engine featuring at the back of the Fétish is called VM300. According to Venturi, with its 300 hp of power and torque of 380 Nm, the VM300 is the advanced electric motor ever designed for a car.
The electric energy on the Fétish is supplied by a new 54 kWh battery pack, whose electronics have been developed by Ventec. The new Fétish offers a real range of up to 340 km. Thanks to its on-board charger, it can recharge using a regular electrical socket or fast charge terminals.
Made by hand and to order in the Principality of Monaco, it is reserved for an exclusive and avant-garde clientele, with its production limited to 10 cars per year.
