First introduced in 2009 the Volkswagen Phaeton 6.0I W12 Tiptronic 4M is part of Phaeton's 1st generation, with the code name Typ 3D. The 5998cc front mounted engine of the version has a power output of 450 hp at 6050 rpm and a maximum torque of 560 nm. The version uses petrol as fuel. In terms of performance no other car of this series does it as well as this one. It has the most powerful engine of all variants. The saloon (sedan) reaches 100km/h in 6.1 seconds at a top speed of 250 km/h. The engine is mated with a 5-speed automatic transmission. With a combined fuel consumption of 14.5 l/100km, the CO2 emissions are fixed at 348 g/km. This version of the Phaeton features rack & pinion steering, and it wears disc brakes. As for the seating arrangement, it offers space for up to 4 persons.
