The Volkswagen Tiguan 1.4 TSI Trend 4X2 BlueMotion was launched in 2011. It is the 1st generation of the crossover model. The 1390cc front mounted engine of the model variant has a power output of 160 hp at 5800 rpm and a maximum torque of 240 nm. The model variant uses petrol as fuel. This Tiguan 1.4 TSI Trend 4X2 BlueMotion is able to reach a top speed of 203 km/h, boosting from 0 to 100km/h in 8.9 seconds. The engine is mated with a 6-speed manual transmission. The crossover produces 156 g/km of CO2 emissions. It has a combined fuel consumption of 6.7 l/100km. This version of the Tiguan features rack & pinion steering, and it wears disc brakes. It has a boot volume of 470 l. Although it can be extended by lowering the back seats.
