Introduced in the market in 2011, this Volvo S40 D4 Business Ed. Pro Geartronic is the 2nd generation of the compact model. This version is powered by a front-mounted diesel 1984cc engine with a power output of 177 hp at 3500 rpm and a maximum torque of 400 nm. The saloon (sedan) is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100km/h in 8.8 seconds at a maximum speed of 215 km/h. The vehicle is equipped with an automatic 6-speed gearbox and has a front wheel drive layout. It features an average fuel consumption of 5.6 l/100km that translates into 149 g/km of CO2 emissions. The version of the S40 features rack & pinion steering, and it wears disc brakes. It has a boot volume of 404 l. Although it can be extended by lowering the back seats.
