Acura ZDX (Japan, 2010-present)

Developed by Honda for the luxury brand Acura, the ZDX is a mid-size luxury crossover which debuted in the New York International Motor Show, 2009. The model that might have been called MSX was the first Acura model to be completely designed by the brand's design studio in Southern California.

Considered a model that brings a new level of prestige to the Acura brand, the ZDX is the first model to be equipped with the brand's first six-speed automatic transmission, ventilated seats and other luxury details. While sharing with the Honda Accord Crosstour the same profile style, the two vehicles aren't mechanically related. While the second is based on the Honda Accord, the ZDX is based on the Honda Pilot/Acura MDX.
