Only three ŠKODA RS 200 were ever built. The car debuted on June 1st, 1974 at the Barum rally where it created quite a stir not just because of its engine, but also because of its aerodynamic aluminium body with lowered roof and distinctive fenders. Its two-litre carburettor engine put out 163 hp at 6000 rpm.
